Currently 2 desks available in a friendly shared studio space 2 minutes walk from Old Street tube.

Can be taken together or separately.

The rent is £230 per desk per month all inclusive. There is no VAT payable on the rent so other than if you wish to connect your own landline, there would be no additional charges.

Rent includes:

desk, chair, drawers
broadband - wifi or cable
all bills - rates, electricity, water, cleaning

Most of the existing tenants are design / technology related businesses and the atmosphere lends itself well to those sort of companies.

If you are looking to move office or currently work from home and are looking to take the next step into a friendly but businesslike environment then please come and have a look. It is a spacious room with good natural light and you get a large desk in your own space.

Terms are 1 month's rent as a deposit, 1 month's rent upfront and £20 as a refundable key deposit.

You get keys to the office and to the building and can come and go as you please 24/7.

There is a kitchenette within the office and separate toilets and indoor bike storage located elsewhere in the building.

Please note there is no integrated meeting room facility however we do have the option to use a meeting room located elsewhere in the building chargeable by the hour.
